NAAC at Women's College, Agartala
Women's College is a non-autonomous institution. It has received UGC's recognition as has been evidenced from the record of grants received from UGC from time to time. The college in its efforts for self assessment, volunteered to be assessed by National Assessment and Accreditation Council, an autonomous body of the UGC and submitted its self study report to NAAC in 2015. Accordingly, a peer team was constituted by the council to validate the self study report. The team carefully analysed the self study report, went through all the relevant documents interacted with the various sections of the college. Finally, our college was accredited 'Grade-B' in the year 2016 with CGPA 2.61.
